Of things I remember, I often love~
the twining of moonlight
dancing through the darkness
illuminating us while erasing shadows.
you curve tenderly against my spine
whispers of consequence exhaled
while inhaling thoughts of chance
our cocoon releases roots deeply into forever.
tenderly you thread your fingers through mine,
while I compose thousands of poems in my head
tears from my eyes get pushed away
as every drifting moment is cemented in lexis.
ephemerality of time is contumelious
my eyes close to stop the tic-tic-toc of time
I continue to compose my thoughts
until sleep encompasses us in its wings
when alone, slumber toils about in my memories
I reach back and bring forth our time together
yearn for your touch and kisses upon my skin
once again two become one, if only in my dreams.
.
Hello Anja lovely to see you back

Hi Michael!!!!! Thank you. I actually have so many moods and words in my head and trying to get them out in a decent way.

“Beautifully bittersweet. So expressive of the way lovers entwine bodies, minds, lives and how those memories are entwined in our very beings,” she replied.
